We love Las Vegas food, and for years, we have been covering the exciting developments in the city’s diverse dining scene. The restaurant offerings in Las Vegas span cuisines, styles, and budgets, with restaurants from some of the most recognizable culinary figures in popular culture, including Lorena Garcia, Bobby Flay, Guy Fieri, Giada De Laurentiis, Gordon Ramsay, José Andrés, Tom Colicchio, Roy Choi, Emeril Lagasse, and many more. 

This week we’ve taken a break from our usual programming to highlight an exciting and diverse lineup of Las Vegas chefs and restaurants. We’ve chatted with the biggest names as well as some rising stars who will be appearing on the marquee in years to come. Our special week also has hosts Aliza Abarbanel and Matt Rodbard hitting the hot Vegas spots on and off the Strip, digging into neighborhoods and fine-dining pageantry and making a stop by the world’s most famous arena (sorry, it’s not Madison Square Garden anymore) to check out the food offerings. Las Vegas dining is about the food but even more so about the spectacle—the merging of high culinary talent with style and showmanship. It’s a fun week on This Is TASTE!
