The TASTE crew recently returned from a trip to Texas, with support from our friends at Travel Texas. We were able to hit up Austin, Houston, and San Antonio, and published interviews on This Is TASTE with Austin chef Tracy Malechek-Ezekiel, of Birdies, and Houston chef and cookbook author Chris Shepherd, recently of the Southern Smoke Foundation.
