White Chocolate Popcorn Balls
These are like angel candy: Pure white chocolate combines with light-as-air popcorn and marshmallows in the most ethereal, delicious way. (Bonus: They’re as easy to make as Rice Krispie treats!)

- Sprinkle the popcorn with the sea salt, and set it aside. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Place the butter in a large pot over low heat. When it melts, add the marshmallows and stir constantly until melted. Remove from the heat, immediately add the popcorn, 1 cup white chocolate chips, and nuts (if using), and stir to coat.
- With buttered hands, form 3-inch balls, setting them on the parchment-lined pan to cool completely. Melt the 1/2 cup of white chocolate chips in a double boiler over simmering water (or in the microwave, stirring after each 15-second burst) and drizzle over the cooled popcorn balls.
