  1. Place the vinaigrette in the bottom of a pint jar. Add the red onion, then the cherry tomatoes, followed by the watermelon, feta, basil, and parsley. Seal the jar tightly.
Red Wine Vinaigrette
  1. Place the mustard, vinegar, and olive oil in a small jar and season with salt and pepper. Seal the jar and shake vigorously.
