This salad is full of beneficial nutrients and antioxidants; it is a rich source of vitamins A and C and folic acid.
- Place the vinaigrette in the bottom of a pint jar. Add the red onion, then the cherry tomatoes, followed by the watermelon, feta, basil, and parsley. Seal the jar tightly.
- Place the mustard, vinegar, and olive oil in a small jar and season with salt and pepper. Seal the jar and shake vigorously.
