Watermelon Juice

Watermelon juice takes all of the best attributes of watermelon and makes them colder, brighter, and more refreshing. A little citrus, salt, and spice is a huge improvement upon bottled versions of the drink, and it all only takes about five minutes and an immersion blender.

  1. Place the watermelon in a blender (or a glass bowl if you’re using an immersion blender). Puree until smooth.
  2. Add lemon juice and strain into a pitcher. Serve on ice, with a pinch of salt and Tajín.
