Homestyle Turkey Meatloaf

Chili spices—chili powder, cumin, and cayenne—make this traditional glazed meatloaf extraordinarily delicious.

  1. Combine the first 8 ingredients (breadcrumbs through cayenne) in a large bowl. Mix in the ground turkey with your hands, lightly but thoroughly. Form the meat mixture into an oval (about 8 by 4 inches, and about 2 inches thick) on a foil-lined, rimmed baking sheet. Combine the ketchup and cumin, top the meatloaf evenly with this mixture, and bake 1 hour (a meat thermometer inserted into the center will register 155 degrees).
