Add seasonings to ground turkey and presto—your own homemade, healthy breakfast sausage that really does taste like regular sausage! Feel free to play around with the seasonings: Add a little fennel seed for Italian style, a little maple syrup for sweetness, or use fresh herbs.
- Combine all of the spices thoroughly. Sprinkle them evenly over the ground turkey, and mix thoroughly with your hands. Form 8 patties.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Film the bottom with oil and fry the patties until browned and cooked through.
