Inspired by a late summer cocktail from Gjelina in L.A., this is a very easy, very winsome cocktail for warmer months. You can make the base mixture in party-sized quantities before guests arrive.

Directions

  1. Simply combine equal parts dry vermouth and moscato in a pitcher and add several dashes of Peychaud's until it turns a lovely pink hue just slightly darker than your favorite rosé wine.
  2. To serve, pour this mixture over an ice-filled coupe glass until it is half-full, top with the sparkling wine, and give it a quick stir.
