With an infused Licor 43 and a dose of herbal Chartreuse, you arrive at a carajillo that is complex, low-proof, and delightfully drinkable. Serve this instead of an espresso martini at your next dinner party or to kick off an eventful evening before leaving the house.

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker and shake vigorously.
  2. Serve in a coupe with three coffee beans floated on top and a dash of cardamom bitters.
