Sweet Potato With Toasted Marshmallow Milkshake
Toasted marshmallows, buttery cinnamon-sugar—this milkshake gives candied sweet potatoes a whole new meaning. (It’s already loaded with toasted marshmallows, but of course you should always feel free to add more!)

- Place the marshmallows in 3 mounds on a foil-lined baking pan. Broil until they’re as brown as you like (watch carefully—this happens fast), then set aside.
- Place 1 mound of the toasted marshmallows in the blender along with the remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth, pour into glasses, and top with the remaining toasted marshmallows.
