    Flavorful, briny feta (preferably imported from Greece) is meant for so much more than sprinkling on salads—whip it into a spread with creamy Greek yogurt and chiles for a touch of heat. It’ll pair well with everything from grilled vegetables to a simple piece of toasted bread.
6-8 servings
- In a food processor, add the cheese, yogurt, olive oil, vinegar, and both peppers. Process until the ingredients are evenly combined, about 30 seconds. Transfer to a bowl and serve with a drizzle of olive oil if desired.
