Quick Pork Chops With Herb Butter

Combine these super-speedy chops with a simple side, like steamed or sautéed veggies, and a healthy dinner will be yours in 30 minutes or less.

  1. Combine the herbs and butter and set aside. Season the chops with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large, heavy skillet over medium heat, and add the chops. Cook until the first side is deep golden brown and crisp (about 6 minutes), then flip the chops and cook until done (about another 6 minutes, or until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center of a chop reads 145 degrees). Transfer the chops to plates, and spread the top of each with herb butter.
