Quick Pork Chops With Herb Butter
Combine these super-speedy chops with a simple side, like steamed or sautéed veggies, and a healthy dinner will be yours in 30 minutes or less.

- Combine the herbs and butter and set aside. Season the chops with salt and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a large, heavy skillet over medium heat, and add the chops. Cook until the first side is deep golden brown and crisp (about 6 minutes), then flip the chops and cook until done (about another 6 minutes, or until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center of a chop reads 145 degrees). Transfer the chops to plates, and spread the top of each with herb butter.
