Pumpkin Pie Milkshake With Streusel Crumble
Why make pumpkin pie when you can get all that fall flavor as a milkshake in a fraction of the time? The buttery gingersnap streusel boosts this one right over the top.

- Place the crushed gingersnaps in a small skillet or saucepan over medium heat. Stir until they begin to toast. Add the butter, and stir to melt and combine. Remove from the heat, stir in 1 tablespoon of the brown sugar, and scrape into a bowl to cool.
- Combine the remaining 2 tablespoons brown sugar and next 5 ingredients (ice cream through cinnamon) in a blender. Blend until smooth. Top with whipped cream and the gingersnap streusel, and serve garnished with a whole gingersnap.
