Po’boy Hot Dogs
What better way to represent the variety of American culture and cuisine than by drawing inspiration from the melting pot? These hot dogs are based on the classic Louisiana seafood sandwich.
4 servings
- In a medium frying pan, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp, season with salt, and cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 to 4 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, Tabasco, and paprika. Add the cabbage and stir to combine; cover and place in the refrigerator to stay cool.
- Cook the hot dogs according to the package directions.
- Place a hot dog in each bun and top it with a quarter of the slaw and the shrimp.
