peanut butter, smooth or chunky

tahini

tamari (or soy sauce)

neutral tasting oil (such as peanut)

toasted sesame oil

rice wine vinegar

honey, more or less to taste

garlic clove, grated
1 tsp
grated fresh ginger

pinch of cayenne or chile flakes to taste
chopped peanuts (optional)
Peanut Sesame Dipping Sauce
The combination of peanut butter and tahini makes this dipping sauce a winner for just about everything, but especially for homemade tofu.

- Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of warm water and whisk until smooth but not too loose. Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle chopped peanuts on top.
- The peanut/sesame sauce can be made a few days in advance and refrigerated. Bring to room temperature before serving.
