Loaded Skillet Nachos

Warm, crisp tortilla chips and oodles of melted (real!) cheese make the best nachos. These are easy to make at home—all you need is a skillet, an oven, and about 10 minutes.

4 servings

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Arrange half of the chips in a 10-inch skillet. Sprinkle with half of the cheese and half of the jalapeños. Top with the remaining chips, cheese, and jalapeños. Bake 7 minutes, until the cheese is melted. Remove from the oven and serve hot with toppings.
