Guacamole With Fresh Corn and Sour Cream

Sour cream adds a tang to the creamy avocado and helps the fresh color stay longer; plus, it makes an already addictive dip even more irresistible. Sweet, crunchy corn adds a pleasant textural element and color contrast to the dish.

2-4 servings

  1. In a serving bowl, gently mash the avocado with the remaining ingredients until the mixture reaches the desired consistency. Adjust seasoning as needed and serve with hearty chips.
