Smoky Broiled Chicken Thighs

When it’s too cold to grill, smoked paprika gives simple broiled chicken thighs a smoky edge.

4-6 servings

  1. Mix together the paprika, salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper. Stir in the olive oil. Coat the chicken with this mixture on all sides, and set aside (or refrigerate up to 8 hours).
  2. Preheat the broiler. Broil the chicken on a broiler pan about 6 inches from the heat until cooked through, about 7 minutes per side.
