Get ready to take your hot dogs to the next level with this inspired take on the classic American meal. The only thing missing from this Korean-inspired combo is the rice.
4 servings
- In a medium frying pan, heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the onions, bok choy, and sesame seeds and season with salt. Cook, stirring often, until the onions are golden and the bok choy is tender. Set aside.
- Cook the hot dogs according to the package directions.
- Grease a medium frying pan with 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. On medium to low heat, cook the eggs sunny-side up, until the whites are set but the yolk is still runny.
- Place an egg in each bun. Top with a hot dog, then top with a quarter of the bok choy–onion mixture. Top with a quarter of the kimchi, or more to taste.
