Apple Pie Milkshake

It’s crazy how easy these are to make. Buttery cinnamon apples and graham cracker crust make this a dead ringer for apple pie à la mode, with a drizzle of caramel to send you into apple pie heaven.

2 servings

  1. Combine the apple, butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Cook and stir until the apple is tender. Remove from the heat, stir in the graham cracker crumbs, and scrape into a shallow bowl to cool completely (you can stick it in the fridge to speed this up).
  2. Combine the 1 1/2 cups ice cream, milk, and the cooled apple mixture in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  3. Using a spoon or a squirt bottle, drizzle caramel sauce inside 2 glasses. Pour in the milkshake. Top with a scoop of ice cream and a final drizzle of caramel. Garnish with an apple slice dipped in caramel.
