Ingredients
Directions
Ingredients
¾ c
olive oil
¾ c
vegetable oil or canola oil
4 tbsp
powdered ranch seasoning (or spice mix of your choice)
3 tbsp
red pepper flakes
½ tsp
black pepper
1 lb
saltine crackers
With some olive oil, powdered ranch mix, and crushed red pepper flakes, this recipe turns a $2 box of saltines into the Cadillac of warm, crunchy party snacks. If you’re not big on ranch, try it with your own homemade spice mix, or a combination of garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
Directions
- Pour the oils and spices into a gallon-sized Ziploc bag and shake lightly to mix. Pour all of the crackers into the bag and seal. Let marinate for 8 hours or overnight.
- Preheat your oven to 250°. Spread crackers out onto several baking sheets so that none are overlapping, and bake for 15 minutes.
