Easy Blueberry Crisp
Want to throw together a super simple dessert that still looks impressive? Just top blueberries with a quick mixture of oats, flour, sugar, pecans, and cinnamon, then bake. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a satisfyingly sweet ending.

- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In an 8-by-10-inch baking dish, stir together the first 3 ingredients (blueberries through cornstarch). In a large bowl, stir together the next 8 ingredients (butter through salt). Spread this mixture evenly on top of the blueberries. Bake until the blueberries are bubbling and the crust is golden, about 40 minutes. Cool slightly, and serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
