            With an infused Licor 43 and a dose of herbal Chartreuse, you arrive at a carajillo that is complex, low-proof, and delightfully drinkable. Serve this instead of an espresso martini at your next dinner party or to kick off an eventful evening before leaving the house.
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker and shake vigorously.
 - Serve in a coupe with three coffee beans floated on top and a dash of cardamom bitters.
